Campbell MacIntosh-Watson, LJMU Team Leader, 2023-24

“As a team leader for Dig Deep’s Kilimanjaro challenge, I found that guiding a diverse group towards the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro isn't just about conquering a peak. It is about encouraging a mutual commitment to an amazing cause through motivation and resilience. After recruiting passionate individuals in Liverpool, it has been inspiring to watch them commence their fundraising efforts - every step has been a testament to the power of collective action. Preparing to embark on this unforgettable adventure has demonstrated the transformative potential we all hold within us, to inspire change, uplift communities, whilst establishing lifelong bonds.”
