Our highly experienced local suppliers, African Scenic Safaris , have been arranging incredible value extension travel packages for our groups since they became our climb partners in 2015 and they know just what you need after the climb.
You will be required to pay a $200 deposit to your supplier to secure your place and then the remaining balance is to be paid on arrival in Moshi.

Safari and Zanzibar

Day 1 | Moshi - Tarangire
Tarangire is one of Tanzania's largest national parks and comprises a great diversity of wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs and up to six thousand elephants. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park. You will enjoy an afternoon game drive and then spend overnight camping within Tarangire National Park.
Day 2 | Tarangire - Moshi
In the morning you will enjoy more game viewing before commencing your drive back to Moshi. Expected driving time between Moshi and Tarangire is approx. 3-4 hours each way.
Day 3 | Moshi - Zanzibar
Departing your Moshi accommodation at 1:00am you will travel to Zanzibar via road (approx 9-11 hours) to Dar Es Salaam and then a 2 hour ferry to the island. It's a great chance to see lots of Tanzania along the way.
Days 4 – 7 | Zanzibar
Full days to enjoy the resort, bar, ocean or organise additional day trips. This may include scuba diving, snorkelling, swimming with the dolphins, visiting Prison Island or Stone Town.
Day 8 | Stone Town & Travel Home
After breakfast, you will check out of the hotel for a day trip to Stone Town. From Stone Town you will be taken to Zanzibar airport for your flight home.
